Activation cards or digital codes go to the relevant employees internally. Unactivated codes remain flexible.

After payment is received, we usually send digital codes by email within one business day. Book packages with an activation card are shipped by post and arrive in Germany within 3 to 5 business days.
Yes, automatically based on the total order quantity: from 10 packages €140 per package, from 25 packages €135, from 50 packages €130, and from 100 packages €120 per package. The discount is applied directly to the quote.
V-IZ operates in a GDPR-compliant manner. All servers are located exclusively in the EU; the learning platform, databases and hosting do not run on servers in third countries.
V-IZ prepares learners in German from A1 to B1 and for external exams such as Goethe or telc. The official exam takes place at an accredited examination centre.
Unactivated codes can be passed on internally. Once a code has been redeemed, access is tied to the respective user account.
Unactivated codes can be returned within 7 days of receipt. For access that has already been activated, a refund is not possible, but access remains available to the respective employee.
German courses for employees can usually be classified as professional development or a business expense. The specific tax treatment should be confirmed by your tax advisor.
