Preparing for your B1 exam

The course prepares you specifically for the official B1 exam: you practise all four skills – listening, reading, writing and speaking – in the real exam format.

Target exam at B1: Deutsch-Test für Zuwanderer (DTZ), telc B1 or Goethe-Zertifikat B1

  • V-IZ prepares you. You train vocabulary, grammar and all four exam parts in the original format.
  • The certificate is issued by the official provider. You take the exam at telc, the Goethe-Institut or another recognised exam centre. V-IZ does not issue certificates.

V-IZ is a self-study language course, not a state integration course. We cannot guarantee that you will pass the exam – we give you the content and the training to prepare for it.
